What is Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with 30 days of receiving the item. However we aren't the main seller so you must contact and/or consult the initial sellers terms for returns individually.

How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?

Refunds are usually made to the main card and can take up to Four weeks to credit back. However some resellers may have different policies regarding refunds, for instance only giving store credit or gift certificates. Please refer to the original sellers refund policy.

Requirements for a Money back refund

Most of the time these are the basic requirements to get a 100 % refund.

  • Items have to be in new condition
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Media items (such as, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still within their plastic wrap
  • Musical instruments, televisions, and electronics must have a UPC or serial number
  • Shoes and clothing must be unworn

Alternative party Seller Returns Policies

Most sellers provide a returns policy equivalent to our own, some seller returns policies could vary. Each seller's return policy is available on the vendor's web-site. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped from a seller are borne via the buyer.

Items worth over have to be returned towards seller using a trackable shipping service. If ever the order is valued at 0 or higher, insure the shipment for the price of the merchandise and ship your return using a signature shipping service. For items below , we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.

Note: If a package doesn't arrive and you do not use a trackable method to return or you refuse the shipment as a means of return, you may possibly not be entitled to refund.

Oversized Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

If you must return a heavy or bulky item that was delivered by a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), proceed to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will help you through the returns process and may request you to contact our specialized customer service team, which can schedule the pickup of the item.

Note: Don't refuse the delivery of the item. To assure that your return and refund are processed correctly.

Cancel Pickup Request

After a UPS pickup has been requested, you cannot cancel that request until following the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will make up to three pickup attempts. Following the first pickup attempt, you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure to have your tracking number handy.
